I'm back in Taichung, Taiwan. I arrived today after spending last night in Taipei. It's Sunday so I wanted to continue my short streak of working out. I did a 40 minute run/walk on the treadmill in the hotel gym. I listened to Glee which makes the treadmill tolerable. I was a bit tired from the travel but overall it was a good workout. A good start to my week here. I plan to do this again on Tuesday and Thursday - subject to the work schedule.
