I"m still in Taiwan so it was another treadmill run. I was pretty stressed so I started out good and it felt good. I tapered off at the end but it was still a good workout. I did a 10 min, 7 min, 3min and 2 min intervals of running.
Time: 42 min
Run: 22 min
Walk: 20 min
Distance: 3.3 miles
