Training Log - 07/28/2010

Again in Taipei and I did a 45 minute workout on the treadmill.   I did 7 2 x 1 repeats (2 min of running and 1 min of walking).  I need more big anthems from Glee if I'm going to do more treadmill workouts!

Walk: 35min
Distance: 3.3 miles
