Training Log - 08/11/2010

Back home and out on the roads.  It was pretty warm and I know I've lost most of my training from earlier in the year.  But I've got new goals and I'll report more on those later.  I went the short 3mile route up Caldart and back.  I did 7 - 2x1 intervals (2 running and 1 walking).  Just trying to get out the door for the next few weeks.
