Training Log - 02/01/2010

I'm in Taiwan and it's Monday night. I came back from the office and went right down to the gym. It's like exercising at 2am. I ran on the treadmill 5x1 repeats. I did 6 of these for 30minutes of running. I feel good!

I still haven't gotten my new shoes yet - hopefully this week!

Time: 45min
Run: 30min (continuous)
Walk: 15min
Distance: 3.7 miles
Route: treadmill
Reward: New shoes once I can run 30minutes without stopping. I DID IT!
