Training Log - 01/29/2010

I made it 30 minutes without stopping again - so I can do it. I felt big and lumbering so it wasn't a pretty workout but I made it. I took a slightly different route noted below. I went from A to E twice around. Once around is 1.5miles.

I still haven't gotten my new shoes yet - hopefully this week!

Time: 50min
Run: 30min (continuous)
Walk: 20min
Distance: 4.2 miles
Route: Caldart Extended
Reward: New shoes once I can run 30minutes without stopping. I DID IT!
