Training Log - 02/03/2010

I'm still in Taiwan and it's now Wednesday night. I ran on the treadmill 5x1 repeats. I did 6 of these for 30minutes of running. It felt good! I'll be glad to go home tomorrow morning. I'll get to run outside again - and in the weather.

I still haven't gotten my new shoes yet - hopefully this week! Meg says I need a new goal and she's right. I'm leaving this up though until I get my shoes.

Walk: 15min
Distance: 3.7 miles
Route: treadmill
Reward: New shoes once I can run 30minutes without stopping. I DID IT!
