Sugared Roasted Pecans


On Saturday I made a salad for dinner for Lin and Katie. Sara, Eddy and I had pizza. The salad was simply romaine lettuce, craisins, sliced cherry tomatoes, some crumbled gorgonzola, some thinly slice apple and a grilled chicken breast. It was topped with a homemade balsamic vinaigrette. When I grilled the chicken I basted it with the vinaigrette also. Also in the salad were some sugared roasted pecans that KT made while I was cooking the chicken. Here's a picture of the pecans...
