Risotto alla Milanese
Tonight I made risotto. I have wanted to try this for the longest time. I made a simple Risotto alla Milanese which is the classic using white wine, chicken broth, butter and parmesan cheese. I used the recipe from Mark Bittman's "How to Cook Everything" cookbook. It turned out great. I had some roasted asparagus so I added that also. I will definitely be making this again!
