Training Log - 07/25/2010

It's been too long and I've lost a good deal of my conditioning.  But there's no time like today to get back at it.  I'm in Taiwan and I did a 45 minute workout on the treadmill.  My thigh seems to be fine so I did a little running to.  I did 2 min of running and 1 min of walking.  I did this 5 times so total running time was 10 minutes.  It's a start.  Also - if you have to workout on the treadmill, listening to the Glee soundtrack is highly motivating!

Walk: 35min
Distance: 3 miles
