Training Update #2

I have not run since April 1st because of my upper thigh injury. I tried on April 6th but couldn't go. I still don't think I can run without there being pain. I have been stretching and taking it as easy as I can. It really has me bummed out. I'm concerned I won't be able to run in the NODM half-marathon and I've really been looking forward to that. I'm concerned I'll lose all that I've gained through my running. I know - buck up. It still gets me down. Hopefully 1 more week off and then I can start training again...we'll see.
