Base building today - 3 10/3 repeats as usual. Note to self - don't take 5 days off again. I thought I might be extra rested but instead it was a tough workout. It seems like everything hurt. But I bulled my way through it. the fun part was I know exactly how far I went because of my new training watch. It is very cool - although I need to spend some time and do some programming with it so it will do exactly what I want it to do.
