Long run today. I ran 6 x 10/3 (run/walk) for a total of 60 minutes of running. Total distance was over 8 miles with at least 6 miles of running. It was a beautiful day to run - although coming back down Caldart there was quite a headwind. It seems that after I get the first 30 minutes of running done things get easier - it may be my imagination but psychologically its important and good!
