Goals for 2022
1a. Reduce weight to less than 160 and maintain
1b. Be better about following eating guidelines.
2a. Run a 10K and a Half Marathon
2. Build and maintain >15 running miles per week
3. Take a hike once per month
4. Hike to Marmot Pass
5. Eat fish at least once per week
7. Go camping this summer at least 2 times
Eating Guidelines
1. No snacks, no seconds, no sweets — except on days that begin with the letter S.
2. Don't eat after 8pm.
3. Vegan until dinner.
