Goals for 2012
- 1a. Lose 20 lbs
- 1. Run a 10K and a Half Marathon
- 2. Build and maintain 15 - 20 running miles per week
- 3. Take a hike once per month
- 4. Hike to Marmot Pass
- 5. Eat fish at least once per week
- 6. Go snowshoeing at least 2 times
- 7. Go camping this summer at least 2 times
- 8. Learn to play barre chords
Eating Guidelines
- 1. No snacks, no seconds, no sweets — except on days that begin with the letter S.
- 2. Don't eat after 8pm.
- 3. Vegetarian until dinner.
