Okay - I've done 5 days (an entire work week) getting up at 5:45 am. I've concentrated this week on just getting up and out the door. This will continue to be a struggle but I know I can do it. Next week I'm going to add more running - I do like the feeling of already completing my exercising even before the day begins. I don't have to worry about when to do it and then backing out at the last minute.
