Training Log - 1/10/2011

I woke up at 5:45 this morning and put on my running clothes.  the bed looked so tempting that I laid back down for just a minute - well it was 6:30 before I got up.  I decided to wait until later so I ran about 3pm.  the problem with running later is I spent time today wondering if I would run, when I would run.  There are many advantages to getting it out of the way first thing....


I added running to my workout again.  4 3x2 splits....

Time: 36.5 min
Run: 14 min
Walk: 22.5 min
Distance: 3.05 miles
