Training Log - 1/20/2011

Treadmill workout again at the hotel gym in Tainan.  I did 4 5x5 repeats for 20 minutes of running.  Same workout as Tuesday.  Its feeling good so its like I've crossed over a hump where the workouts are painful to where they are less than painful - this is good.

Time: 45 min
Run: 20 min
Walk: 25 min
Distance: 3.5 miles
Route: treadmill
