Training Log - 1/22/2011

Treadmill workout again at the hotel gym in Tainan.  I did 6 5x5 repeats for 30 minutes of running.  This was my long workout for the week.  It was a good workout.  I built a new Bruce workout playlist and I watched the second half of Liverpool vs Everton (2 - 2 tie).

Walk: 35 min
Distance: 5.0 miles
