Training Log - 03/01/2010

Base building today - easy run after long run on Saturday. It turned out to be shorter than I intended. I went to the Poulsbo Jr High track mainly to confirm my pace. I did that - about 9 1/2 min per mile. I was into my second 10 minute interval when a group of Jr High kids (under supervision I think) came out of the back of the school with golf clubs. They were warming up and pointing my way so I decided I didn't want to circle the track with basically a bulls eye on my back. Anyway I ran 7 laps.
