Training Log - 02/27/2010

Long run today. I ran 5 x 10/3 (run/walk) for a total of 50 minutes of running. At my normal pace that's about 5 miles and with walking I went at least 6 miles if not a bit more. The first leg is always hard. I was surprised at how strong I finished since this was my longest run to date. I ran at the Clear Creek Trail again today - not as many people as last weekend.
