Training Log - 01/11/2010
Today was a pretty nasty day weather wise so I found an alternative training routine. I got out the old bike trainer and hooked up my bike. I also hooked up my heart rate monitor to make sure I was pumping hard - no doubt there. I maintained at least 140bpm for over 30 minutes. I did 8x2 repeats. 8 minutes hard with a short 2 minute slower pedal. I'm counting this like a 20 minute run or 3.1 miles.
