I did a longer interval than I had originally planned. I ran for 8minutes and walked for 3 and repeated 4 times. I ran for 9 minutes on the last interval for a total run time of 33minutes. Everyday I get up and finish a run is a victory.
Here's the plan for next week:
1/11 - normal 20+ minute run (trying for 25 minutes)
1/13 - intervals 8x3x4 repeats
1/15 - normal 20+ minute run (trying for 25 minutes)
1/17 - intervals 8x3x4 repeats
Time: 60min
Run: 33min
Walk: 27min
Distance: 5.2 miles
Route: Caldart Extended
Reward: New shoes once I can run 30minutes without stopping.
