Back to the 20 min run today. It was a tough run - I think I started too fast. My left leg hurt just a bit when I was done which is usually a sign of going too fast. Its been a tough day overall. Work has been difficult but the running certainly helped replace some of the stress. That's the feeling I think about when I don't want to run. Its a bit of an exhausted but accomplished feeling. Some of the pettiness of everyday goings on is certainly lessened.
Mon 1/4 - 5run x 2walk x 6 repeats - that will be 30 minutes of total running.
Wed 1/6 - normal walk with a nonstop 20minute run.
Fri 1/8 - same as Monday
Sun 1/10 - same as Wednesday
Time: 37min
Run: 20min
Walk: 17min
Distance: 3.1 miles
Route: Caldart
Reward: New shoes once I can run 30minutes without stopping.
