Training Log - 01/04/2010

Today I did the 5min run x 2 min walk repeats. I did 6 of these for a total of 30 minutes running. I think this was very helpful in getting some distance in. Below is my plan for the week so Wed will be a normal 20 min run.

Mon 1/4 - 5run x 2walk x 6 repeats - that will be 30 minutes of total running.
Wed 1/6 - normal walk with a nonstop 20minute run.
Fri 1/8 - same as Monday
Sun 1/10 - same as Wednesday

Time: 57min
Run: 30min
Walk: 27min
Distance: 4.7 miles
Route: Caldart - I more than doubled the part from Lincoln to the end of Caldart.
Reward: New shoes once I can run 30minutes without stopping.
