Training Log - 12/28/2009

I haven't run for over a week. I was concerned I would have lost a step or two and I may have. But I still managed the 20 minutes of running. My legs were tired at the end and I was breathing heavy; but that's normal. I can't take breaks like this and keep my fitness up. Every other day has to be the rule.
