Since it's a new year I'm trying something different. I want to exercise first thing in the morning. I have never been able to do this...Lin is going to do it with me. At least the getting up and exercising part - we may not do the same things. I plan to get up at 5:45 and that gives me the hour between 6 and 7 to go out and run. For this week I'm just going to ease into it and try to get up every day and do a 3 mile walk. I'll add running later in the week or next week.
