Training Log - 1/26/2011

Treadmill workout again at the hotel gym in Tainan.  I did 4 5x5 repeats for 20 minutes of running.   I got out of work a little early today and decided to hit the gym today instead of in the morning - tomorrow I'll be packing to move to Taipei for the last couple of days. 

Time: 45 min
Run: 20 min
Walk: 25 min
Distance: 3.5 miles
Route: treadmill
