I felt good today after another two week layoff.  I wish I hadn't done it but oh well...sometimes the traveling and jet lag make it tough - but that's just an excuse.  I did 4 5 x 2 intervals.  Gobble is on Sunday.  My plan is 5 x 2's.  I'll do 4 of these and then try to run to the finish
