Training Update
My running has gotten a bit off track due to an injury in my upper thigh. I've been taking ibuprofen for the past few days and I skipped my long run this weekend. Meg has helped me with some stretches that have improved it a lot. I'm hopeful I can get back to running tomorrow or Tuesday. I'll keep stretching and taking the ibuprofen and see what happens. I don't want to take too long a break but I don't want to make the injury worse.
