Training Log - 04/29/2010

Today was my longer walk - a little over 50 minutes. I need a route that will take me at least an hour. I'll work on that next week. I skipped yesterday because my leg was hurting more than I wanted. But today it felt better. I have ice on it right now. I stretched it good when I got home and before I went out.
