About 3:00pm this afternoon I went out for my afternoon walk/run. I had on shorts and a tee shirt - the first day of the year I've been able to do that. It was in the mid 60s and beautiful.
As I was walking down Caldart towards Hostmark I looked to my left at the Olympics. They were as clear as could be. Snow covered and lovely. The Brothers and Mount Constance just shining in the sun. And to make it even better there was an eagle just soaring overhead.
So how could I resist not putting out a little extra effort. For the month of April I've tried to get outside everyday and I've done so except for 3 days. Today I added in 4 - 2 minute "bursts" of running. It felt good...
