Training Log - 6/28/2011

Well here we go again.  I ran today for the first time in a long time.  Nothing special just getting out the door.  5 2x2's with a lot of walking.  Trying for a minimum of 3x per week.  KT and I are going to run a 5K in late August - that should be lot of fun...
