the last couple of days have been different. Yesterday morning at 5:45am there was snow all over the ground - about 4 inches worth and it was raining...so a wet mess outside. Becuase of this I decided to do the Wii fit. I did quite a bit of step and rhythm boxing. Today I did the Wii fit again - step, rhythm boxing and yoga. It was great fun and a great alternative when the weather just won't cooperate.
I exercised about an hour both days so I'm giving myself the equivalent of 3 miles in my How Am I Doing Chart....
