Long run today. I ran 6 x 10/3 (run/walk) for a total of 60 minutes of running. At my normal pace that's at least 6 miles of running and with walking I went at least 7 miles if not a bit more. With the extra distance for warmup and cool down walking it was a total of about 8.2 miles. I am now officially over half way to traversing the distance of a half marathon! See new route below. The route below was the first 4.1 miles. I did the normal Caldart Loop for the last 3.
