Training Log - 02/8/2010

I'm back from Taiwan. for some reason I couldn't get out the door the past 3 days to run. But I did today so those days are gone. I did the standard 10 run x 3 walk x 3 repeats. Its my everyday go to outdoor run. If I only did this 3 to 4 times a week forever I'd get in pretty good shape. So I have a base and now I need to build...

Time: 55min
Run: 32min
Walk: 23min
Distance: 4.6 miles
Route: Caldart/School Loop
Reward: New shoes once I can run 30minutes without stopping. I DID IT!
