Training Log - 02/21/2010

Today was my first "long" run. I ran 4 10x3 repeats for 40 minutes of total running time (actually 41). This is approximately 4 miles of running. Total time was 60minutes and at least 5 miles of distance. I'm very happy with this. I notice than during the walk breaks my lungs seem to recover quickly and my legs slower. I just need to get the miles in and continue to build up my legs. It was a beautiful day and I ran in shorts!
