Its been a too long hiatus. I ran last Monday then went to Corning, NY and skipped any exercising. I got sick on the way home; got better and Lin and I went to Portland. Excuses, excuses - but now I'm back out. I was concerned about how I would feel but I felt good. I did a 20min continuous run; 3 min rest; 5min run; 3 rest and a 5 run. Like I said last time this was just a variation of my standard everyday go to run. I'm happy I can do this without too much trauma. I need to continue building the base and start adding a weekly long run...I'm going for 4 - 10xs this weekend. I did this before so I know I can do it.
