Training Log - 01/22/2010

Today was a very hard workout. In fact i had wanted to run 30minutes without stopping but I couldn't make it. I ran 22 then stopped. Finally I ran another 3 minutes towards the end. I might have started too fast and then I took a slightly different route that included a hill right at 20minutes and that did me in. Not everyday is going to be a smashing success. But if I get out the door and come back in one piece then its something of a success.

Run: 25min (22 without stopping or walking)
Walk: 32min
Distance: 4.6 miles
Route: Caldart Extended
