Training Log - 01/02/2010

I've got to stop taking any sort of break. I ran on 12/28 and hadn't run again until today. It was a tough run. I made the 20 minutes but it was a struggle. I'm going to alter my training so that I'm doing a longer distance with a walk break every other run. So this is what I'll do for the next 4 runs.

Mon 1/4 - 5run x 2walk x 6 repeats - that will be 30 minutes of total running.
Wed 1/6 - normal walk with a nonstop 20minute run.
Fri 1/8 - same as Monday
Sun 1/10 - same as Wednesday

Time: 37min
Run: 20min
Walk: 17min
Distance: 3.1miles
Route: Caldart
Reward: New shoes once I can run 30minutes without stopping.
