Tonight in Tokyo I had dinner on my own - so I went for some fast delicious tonkatsu. Tonkatsu is deep fried panko breaded pork cutlets always served in a set with rice, shredded cabbage, miso soup and some pickles. I supplemented with a beer.
Delish...
