Couch to 5K

Today I started the Couch to 5K training program. The first week is simply:
1. Walking 5 minutes
2. Run 60 seconds followed by walking for 90 seconds.
3. Repeat 2. 8 times.
4. Walk home...

My first feeble steps were done at Raab Park and that's probably where I'll do most of my training at least at first.
