I don't think I'll blog about this every day of the schedule...but it's certainly a way to keep it in front of me. I completed Day 2 of the Week 1 Couch to 5K Schedule. A little bit stiffer than the first day but that's to be expected. I continue a very slow pace just to get all the body parts used to moving again...it was a beautiful day to run!

I also learned a new acronym...C25K...Couch to 5K.

Congrats on starting C25K. I think you'll be surprised how helpful the blog will be in keeping you accountable and also helping to inspire people who read. I did C25K last year and ended up continuing and trained and ran a half-marathon. I wrote a fairly lengthy post on my blog about it if you'd like to read through and check it out. Good luck with your program. I know you can finish!
