C25K - Week 2 Day 3

Did it yesterday. So I have now completed 2 weeks of C25K training. Week 3 starts tomorrow! this week will be:

1) Brisk 5 minute walk
2) 90 sec run
3) 90 sec walk
4) 3 minute run
5) 3 minute walk
6) repeat steps 2 - 5
7) 5 min cool down walk
