Bread

I'm making bread today. I don't bake much and my first attempt at this yesterday was a failure - but things look more promising today. I'm trying this basic No-Knead recipe that was first introduced in 2006 in the NY Times. I'm trying this recipe...

I first tried yesterday with just All Purpose flour but that dough was way too wet - so I changed to bread flour and so far the dough looks good. It's almost time to go in the oven.
