Today I made Dulce de Leche. I was watching Alton Brown's Good Eats show on tv the other night and he was doing a show on milk. And this is the last thing he made. Although it took about 3 hrs to make, most of that was just waiting and stirring the pot every now and again. Here are links for more information and the recipe.
Needless to say its yummy - so far we've only had finger licks but I can't wait to try on some pure vanilla ice cream or a piece of plain cheesecake.
